Stellar Distillery may not have been able to legally sell alcoholic beverages during Prohibition from 1920 to 1933, but there were no laws against selling the ingredients for them. To stay afloat, Stellar Brewery sold malt syrup, plain barley grains, corn grains, and rye grains.
