The purpose of this website was to expand upon an already established design system and make it fully interactive.
Inspired by vintage art nouveau celestial art, Stellar Distillery was born, a traditional moonshine packaged beverage.
The site isn’t just ecommerce, but for informing avid liquor connoisseurs about the history behind my drink, how it’s made, and different ways that it’s prepared.
Elijah is a 32 year old who grew up in the deep south, and his dad worked at a traditional distillery his entire life. Elijah picked up his dad’s taste in drinks and knows a bit about the distilling process of several different liquors. In his free time, him and his wife try new alcoholic brands that even his dad would approve of. His goals are to find local new trendy drinks with a traditional taste.
In conclusion, I enjoyed the process of revisiting my Stellar Distillery project and really flesh out the story behind the drinks, giving it more of a personality and broader design system. This project not only deepened my understanding of web design, but opened up the realm of possibility to new heights, I’ve learned so many cool dynamic things that can be made with the click of a few buttons. I was proud of the drink label project before, but now I am much happier with their new presentation and overall expansion of their design.
